Terms of Sale

General Terms and Conditions

The regulations set out the principles of placing orders and sale of goods by Stomp-Head Store.
Placing an order constitutes the acceptance of the Stomp-Head Store General Terms and Conditions. Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt the customer from the terms and conditions set out therein.
The delivery collection day is the moment of performance of the sales agreement, concluded in this form between the Seller and the Buyer.
Stomp-Head Store carries out sales exclusively via the internet.
Prices quoted in the offer are in EUR, the price includes VAT and transport cost within the EU.
The price quoted for each product is binding at the moment of placing an order. The shop reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the offer, to introduce new products to the offer, to launch and finish or to introduce changes in promotional campaigns on the website.
The product pictures and all the text information on the Stomp-Head Store website is the shop’s property.
Customer registration

The registration is free and shall be carried out by filling the form on the website.
For unregistered Customers the registration proceeds automatically while placing the first order. The registration confirmation is sent to a Customer’s e-mail addres.
Registration might be carried out by natural persons  and business entities.
True and correct information shall be given when registering. Otherwise, the order may not be carried out.
Customers’ personal data is collected in accordance with the data protection requirements, pursuant to the relevant act on the protection of personal data, solely for the purposes of our shop and  processed to carry out economic activity of our shop, and to conduct promotional and advertising campaigns.
Placing orders

Orders are accepted only via e-mail, through the www.stomphead.pl website, 24 hours a day.
Orders are carried out on working days 9:00-16.00.
After placing an order, the customer will receive a return message confirming the acceptance of the order.
Order placing is equivalent to conclusion of a commercial agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
The client may introduce changes to the order or withdraw it completely until a VAT invoice is issued. In order to make changes or cancel the order, please call or e-mail the shop personnel.
Order fulfillment

Delivery time within the EU is up to 14 workdays from recording the payment on our bank account or after receiving PayPal transaction confirmation.
Order forms filled incorrectly will not be processed.
By placing an order, the customer consents to use and process their personal data by the transport company for the delivery purpose.
Order will be fulfilled on condition that the goods are in stock. If an item in the order is not available, the customer shall be informed about the order status and shall make a decision about the method of order fulfillment (partial fulfillment, waiting time extension, cancellation of the whole order).
Order Cancellation

Customer may resign from the purchased goods  without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery collection date.
The proof of purchase (VAT invoice) and a completed return of the goods document (download: PDF, DOC) or a statement with personal data, order number, and data necessary for making a bank transfer (personal data, address, order number and the bank account number to which the money shall be transferred) shall be returned with the goods.
The money shall be returned by a bank transfer into an account specified by the customer within 7 working days, from the date of delivery to the shop (provided that the requirements of point 2 are fulfilled).
Refunds are made only to bank accounts.
The shop does not accept parcels at the expense of the recipient and delivered on a COD (Cash on Delivery) basis.
Returned goods shall not bear any traces of use and should have the original packaging (if it's possible). Otherwise, the goods will be returned to the customer at his expense.
Warranty and Complaints

The purchased product is covered by a warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of sale.
The proof of purchase (VAT invoice) is the basis for accepting a complaint.
Any product under complaint should have a complaint document attached (download: PDF, DOC) or a complaint statement describing the reason for a complaint and the time and circumstances in which the defects were made. Personal data, address, order number and a request declaration shall also be given (exchange for another item, repair, cash return).
The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the delivery date, and the client will be informed about the decision.
The warranty period will be extended by the product repair time.
Only the defects caused by the manufacturers fault shall be subject to warranty. Natural wear and tear of a product or its components such as: casing elements, socket connectors, power cables, knobs and switches is not subject to warranty.    
Violation of integrity of warranty seals or an attempt to repair, alter or change the product construction by unauthorized parties result in the warranty being void.
The warranty does not cover:
-  Products damaged mechanically by the user or in transit.
-  Products damaged as a result of use or storage of the product inconsistent with the instructions, damaged by water or contamination.
-  Products damaged by natural disasters, lightning, power surges or as a result of force majeure.
In the event of a justified complaint, the delivery related charges shall be covered by the shop.
In the event of an unjustified complaint, the delivery related charges shall be covered by the Customer.
Shipping

The shipping charges are covered by the Shop.
Stomp-Head Store carries out sales via the internet in Poland and the EU.
The orders are shipped with FedEx, UPS, DPD or Poczta Polska. Stomp-Head Store decides upon the method of shipment.
The maximum delivery time is 14 working days.
The shipment is delivered only on working days.
At the time of delivery, if the packaging is damaged or bears traces of interference in the contents of the shipment, please refuse to accept it from the carrier, prepare a shipping damage report in his presence and report it to the shop personnel.
