Shipment security

Shipped products are new and factory packaged; protected against mechanical damage and clearly and properly marked.
Customer, who receives the shipment with opened packaging, incomplete or damaged by the courier, shall contact us immediately and fill in the complaint form (damage protocol) in the courier’s presence. The damage protocol shall include: date, delivery time, damage or any shortage in goods, specifying the make and the model.
The delivery shall be signed for before opening. You may ask the courier to stay till the moment of opening the parcel. If it turns out that the external product packaging is intact, but it is damaged inside, a damage protocol shall be drawn up according to the above-mentioned rules.
In accordance with the transport law any complaints against the transport company may be filed within 7 days from the delivery date. After this period the complaints about damaged products will not be considered. A copy of the drawn up protocol shall be send to the Stomp-Head store address. The product exchange is only possible with the drawn up protocol. New product will be send after  Stomp-Head Store receives the product being the subject matter of the complaint.
